1. Agreement

These terms form an agreement between you (an individual or a single entity) and Adeptshare, trading as AzSDK Technology ("AzSDK", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, activating or using an AzSDK product, or by using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the product.

2. License and EULA

The End-User License Agreement presented during installation forms part of these terms. If these terms and the EULA conflict, the EULA governs the technical licensing conditions, and these terms govern the website and pre-contract information.

3. License grant

Subject to payment of the applicable fee and compliance with the EULA, AzSDK grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the product for the license tier you purchased, and to distribute the runtime component as embedded in your applications. The single developer, development team and enterprise tiers are described on the pricing page.

4. Restrictions

You must not:

• reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the product except to the extent permitted by applicable law;
• rent, lease, sublicense or resell the product as a standalone component;
• remove or alter copyright, trademark or license notices;
• use the product to process documents you are not authorised to access or modify;
• use the product in violation of applicable export, sanctions or data-protection law.

5. Evaluation versions

Trial versions are licensed for evaluation only and include the limitations described on the product page. You may not distribute a trial build as part of a commercial application.

6. Orders, prices and taxes

Orders are processed by PayPro Global, our Merchant of Record. Prices are shown in USD. PayPro Global calculates and collects applicable VAT or sales tax at checkout and issues the invoice. Delivery is by email, usually within minutes of payment.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the refund policy.

8. Support

Licensed customers receive email support with a target response time of 12–24 hours. Support covers installation, the documented API and integration questions. Custom development is quoted separately.

9. Intellectual property

AzSDK and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the products, documentation and this website. These terms grant a license, not a transfer of ownership.

10. Third-party links

This website may link to third-party sites, including PayPro Global and review sites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

11. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided "as is". We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the products will meet every requirement. You are responsible for testing the product with your own documents before deploying it.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AzSDK is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, revenue or profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always available on this page. Changes do not affect rights already granted under a paid license.
