1. Who we are

AzSDK Technology is the software brand of Adeptshare, a sole trader ("AzSDK", "we", "us"). This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit azsdk.com, download a trial, buy a license or contact support.

2. What we collect

• Server logs. Our web server may record your IP address, user agent, requested URL and timestamp for security and operational purposes.
• Support emails. If you email us, we receive your address and any information you include in the message.
• Order information. Purchases are processed by PayPro Global, our Merchant of Record. We receive the name, email address, country and order identifier needed to deliver your license. We do not receive or store your card number.
• Download statistics. Standard web-server logs may show that a trial installer was requested; we do not link downloads to an identity.

3. Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not load third-party analytics scripts. PayPro Global's checkout runs on its own domain and may set cookies there under its own privacy policy.

4. How we use information

• To deliver licenses, downloads and support.
• To process orders, refunds and tax obligations through our Merchant of Record.
• To protect the site, prevent abuse and diagnose technical problems.
• To meet legal, accounting and regulatory requirements.

5. Legal bases

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on contract performance (delivering a product you bought), legitimate interests (site security and support), consent where required, and legal obligation (tax and accounting records).

6. Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the business: PayPro Global for payments and tax, our hosting provider for the website, and email providers for support. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.

7. Retention

Support correspondence is kept only as long as needed to resolve the request and maintain a record of the relationship. Order records are kept as required by tax and accounting law. Server logs are kept for a short operational period.

8. International transfers

Our service providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses offered by the provider.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal information, and to request a portable copy. To exercise a right, email support@azsdk.com. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

10. Security

We use HTTPS on this site, limit access to order and support information, and do not store payment card data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold.

11. Children

Our products are intended for software developers and business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Changes

We may update this policy when our practices or legal requirements change. The "last updated" date at the top of the page shows the current version.
